We want you to be satisfied with AplyBot. This policy explains when refunds are available.

Free Plan

  • The Free plan costs nothing. No refunds are applicable.

Paid Plans — 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with your first paid month on any AplyBot plan (Starter, Scholar, or Premium) you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
  • To request a refund email support@aplybot.ai with your account email and reason for the request.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • The 7-day guarantee applies to your first payment only. Subsequent monthly or annual renewals are not eligible for refunds.

Annual Plans

  • Annual plan purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • After 7 days annual plans may be eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion. Contact support@aplybot.ai to discuss your situation.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds are not available after 7 days of the initial purchase.
  • Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations.
  • Refunds are not available if you have generated a significant volume of AI content during the period.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund.
  • After cancellation you retain access until the end of your paid billing period.
  • To cancel log in to your account and visit Settings, or email support@aplybot.ai.
