What a practice round looks like
TIA asks, you answer, TIA gives feedback. Here is a sample of what you will work through.
Tell me about a time you had to learn something quickly.
Describe a situation where you disagreed with a teammate. How did you handle it?
Why do you want to work at this company?
Your answer was clear and well-structured. To improve, try adding a specific metric or outcome to your example. Also, slow down slightly in the second half — it helps the interviewer absorb your point.
Did you answer the question directly? Was your main point easy to follow?
Did you sound sure of yourself without being arrogant?
Were your sentences grammatically correct and natural?
Did you use a clear framework like STAR or PAR?
Run a behavioral round and focus on adding metrics to your STAR examples.
Practice your elevator pitch until it fits cleanly in 60 seconds.
Matched to your region and language
TIA adapts question style, cultural context, and feedback language to where you are applying.
